- Present the golfpassport on arrival at the course to validate the FREE game
- Where the course requires additional players the golfpassport holder plays FREE and additional players pay the normal green fees.

Terms and Conditions
| The golfpassport offers one FREE round of golf at each participating course subject to the following terms and conditions The golfpassport is valid until 31 December 2012. When using the golfpassport tee times are subject to availability and allocation at the sole discretion of the golf course. Tee Times must be booked directly with the course, advising use of the golfpassport at time of booking (maximum one golfpassport per tee time unless otherwise agreed with the course at time of booking). On the day of play the golfpassport must be presented prior to play for validation by the golf course. In most cases, courses require additional players to enable the golfpassport holder to receive the free game. e.g. Buy one get one FREE (see Participating Golf Course list on the website for full details). Additional players pay green fees at the standard visitor rate applicable to the course. When using the golfpassport some courses include use of a motorised carts (see Participating Course list on the website for full details). The golfpassport cannot be used with any other special offer or discount voucher. |
The golfpassport cannot be used to play in organised golf days including open competitions, corporate golf days or social club events. golfpassport holders and their guests must pay for all additional purchases at the course at point-of-sale including equipment hire, golf merchandise and food & beverages. golfpassport holders and their guests are entitled to use the facilities at each golf course on the day of play, subject to availability at the sole discretion of the club. Privileges extended to golfpassport holders and their guests are subject to the rules & regulations of the club. Lost golfpassports will NOT be replaced. Dress Regulations
The golfpassport enables people to play golf at many private clubs and championship courses which have specific rules relating to dress requirements, both on the course and in the clubhouse. Please observe the dress requirement and if you are unsure don’t be afraid to ask the course when booking tee times. Golf Etiquette Golf Etiquette is a mixture of courtesy and commonsense. Every golfer, regardless of experience or level of play, is expected to abide by the same code of behaviour. When using the golfpassport please observe this code of behaviour for the benefit of all golfers. |
